ABOUT THE ROLE

Part time/Full time available

Excellent remuneration with the safety of a base salary and bonus of commission to reward your work (earning 70-110k on full time hours)

Incredible facilities at both locations (Torquay + Geelong) with fully equipped gyms to provide high level strength/movement based rehab whilst working collaboratively with, and learning from, some of the best Physios, Osteos, Myos + S&C Coaches

We will provide up-skilling and mentoring to learn all necessary S&C, manual therapy and footwear/orthotic/deloading techniques
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE
-
Conducting comprehensive assessments that identify the client's lower limb injuries and causative factors. Developing holistic, individualised client focused management plans.

Long appointment times to allow you plenty of time for building rapport, providing value to every client and enough time to provide follow up without taking work home with you.

Regularly review and evaluate client plans to ensure identified goals are achieved. Collect the define measures necessary to ensure client outcomes are being achieved. Use technology to track outcomes and quantify patient outcomes.

Provide information and education to clients and their family/advocate, about Podiatry. Promoting ongoing preventative health strategies, personal well-being and a healthy lifestyle. Use technology to improve access to clients.

Regular in-house PD, external PD with our network of allied health pros and PD allowances for interest areas.

Identify innovative solutions to improve client outcomes from a Podiatry perspective and across Movepod Sports Health more broadly.
